I use Re:Makeplace to create the first design, once accepted, I put the design in myself, dying, fine-tuning, adding more details, lighting, etc. Less work for the customer to do.

Pricing

I do not accept payment until I am finished with the Re-Makeplace draft. This is to keep us both accountable and not waste anyone's time or gil.

Prices are adjusted based upon furnishings and theme.

- Apt/FC File: 3mil
- Small: 15mil
- Medium: 20-25mil
- Large: 25-30mil

Furnishings are included.Prices can be adjusted if owner provides/creates furnishings.

Information

After asking questions, getting to know your wants and vibe for the project I begin work in a program called Re:Makeplace (was Makeplace). In this program I can replicate the design without spending gil willynilly and tailor the build to your exact specifications.
